1. No Refunds

All purchases made for our services are final and non-refundable. We do not provide refunds unless clearly mentioned in a pre-approved written agreement or service contract.

Modifications requested after project completion may be subject to additional charges as per our pricing policy.

2. Quality Assurance

We are committed to delivering high-quality editing services. If you are dissatisfied, our team will collaborate with you to address concerns, provided they fall within the agreed scope of revisions.

3. Project Delivery & Approval

Clients are expected to review and approve the final output before delivery. Once approved, the project will be marked as complete, and further changes will require a new service agreement.

4. Exceptions & Special Cases

• In case of payment errors or double billing, please contact us within 7 days for resolution.
• Refunds may only be considered if ViralCapsule fails to deliver the project within a mutually agreed deadline and no work has been submitted.
