By accessing and using ViralCapsule’s services, you accept and agree to abide by these terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

2. Ownership & Rights

• Upon completion of services and full payment, ViralCapsule transfers all ownership rights of the edited content to the client, including distribution, modification, and monetization rights.
• Until full payment is received, ViralCapsule retains all rights to the produced content.
• ViralCapsule may use edited content for portfolio and marketing purposes unless explicitly prohibited by the client in writing.
• Clients are responsible for ensuring they have the legal rights to the footage provided. ViralCapsule is not liable for copyright violations related to client-supplied materials.

3. Payment & Fees

• Payments must be made as per the invoice terms. Failure to pay may lead to suspension or withholding of services and deliverables.
• Additional charges apply for revisions beyond the agreed scope.

4. Service Guarantee & Limitations

• We strive to deliver high-quality edits but do not guarantee specific results beyond the defined scope.
• We may use AI-assisted tools for optimization. These tools are part of our workflow and do not affect the transfer of rights unless otherwise stated.

5. Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure

• Both parties agree to keep project details, raw footage, and pricing confidential.
• All contractors and editors working with ViralCapsule are under confidentiality and non-compete agreements.

6. Termination

• We reserve the right to terminate services if terms are violated or payments are not made on time.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top will reflect the latest version. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
